Founded in 2012, The NUTS! is a Cincinnati-based, award-winning FTC robotics team from Walnut Hills High School.
Led by a team of STEM-passionate and business-minded students, The NUTS! showcase Gracious Professionalism™ as we design, build, and program robots for participation in local, state, and international robotics competitions.
The NUTS! are not just competing—we are building real-world engineering skills, strengthening teamwork, and igniting a lifelong passion for STEM that will help us navigate challenges for the future.
What is FIRST™ ?
Founded in 1989 by inventor Dean Kamen, FIRST™ (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) is a global nonprofit organization that prepares young people for the future through a suite of welcoming, team-based robotics programs for ages 5-18.
Through thrilling, sports-like challenges, First™ builds self-confidence and collaborative problem-solving skills, leaving a lasting impact on STEM learning and interest.
